What inspire you to teach or work in hair specific education?
Everyday is not like the last, just like not every head of hair is the same. There is so much to learn and explore in the world of hair it keeps me inspired. I have seen this industry from so many points of view in a short amount time that many others have not seen in their whole career. I want others to know where a career in hair can take you when you are willing to just say yes to adventure.
Why Eikonic?
Small companies have lots of opportunities for growth and development so you can never reach your ceiling. Eikonic has continuously adapted, evolved and reach new heights with every new adventure that has been presented. I've enjoyed being able to experience so many different work environments and roles while working with Eikonic, it keeps my interests alive. It's not easy to find people that want to push you to your potential and see you actually succeed so I feel privileged to not only to have found my people but also to call them my closest friends.
Your advice for new students to hair?
Keep your mind open. You will never know what you are good at until you try. Once you tried, do it again, and again and again until you can teach it to someone else effortlessly. That it when you have found what you are good at.
How do you motivate your team/ students?
Everyone needs a reminder sometimes of either where you have come from or where you are going. Both are unique to you and only you make it happen.

Waste your money and you’re only out of money, but waste your time and you’ve lost a part of your life.
