Day 1: European Head Spa

Focus Areas:

• Client experience, scalp, and hair health

• Use of exfoliating and massage tools

Day 2: European Head Spa

Focus Areas:

• Review and recap previous lessons
• Design a luxury client experience and holistic treatment
• Role-playing for client consultations and personalizing treatment plans
• Upselling and prebooking strategies
  

Day 3: Japanese Head Spa - Canada Edition

Focus Areas:

• Art of Japanese Head Spa
• Cultural philosophy, Shiatsu, and Tsubo massage techniques
• Detailed scalp and head mapping, including pressure points
• Practical sessions on extended massage practices and post-service head wrapping

Day 4: Japanese Head Spa - Tokyo Edition

Focus Areas:

• Deep dive into traditional Japanese Head Spa techniques
• Comprehensive training on scalp mapping, pressure points, and massage methods
• Practical sessions
• Exclusive visit to Takara Belmont TB Square for a Yume Dream Spa treatment demonstration

Day 5: YUME DREAM SPA

Focus Areas:

• Deliver the Yume Dream Spa Experience
• Environment setup
• Technician ergonomics
• Advanced cleansing and shampooing techniques
• Optional global certification by completing a 30-client challenge homework assignment
• Business plan guidance, equipment setup, design, and layout considerations for a salon space
